Two Ways In · Neither Is The Starter Version

Real structure, or real focus. You don't have to guess which one.

Both paths run on the same Metamorphosis Arc. Both put you and your child in the room together, doing the real work. The difference is pace and format — not depth, and not commitment. Pick the one that fits your family right now.

The Offer

Choose your format.

Neither one is a warm-up for the other. Families start in either place — and plenty move between them, in both directions, as their business and their season of life change.

Fast · Flexible · No Prerequisite

Parent-Child Duo Coaching

$300 per session (60 min) · book any time

One working session with Kinley, built entirely around wherever your family is right now — a stuck idea, a launch decision, a hard money conversation. No cohort required, no application, no waiting for a start date.

  • Built around your specific business, not a fixed curriculum

  • Both parent and child in the room — a duo session, not a lecture

  • A written plan you both agree on before you leave

  • Book one session, or use it as an ongoing check-in as often as you need

  • Most families book their first session within a week

Structured · Cohort-Based · No Prerequisite

The 12-Week Cohort

$3,000 per family · 6 families · new cohorts announced seasonally

The full Metamorphosis Arc, start to finish, alongside 6 other families walking the exact same road. One session a week, real deadlines, and a peer community that makes the hard weeks easier to push through.

  • Complete Egg-through-Regeneration curriculum, paced weekly

  • A cohort of families who understand exactly what you're navigating

  • Demo Day at Week 12 — a real pitch, to a real room

  • Priority path into the 6-Month 1:1 Intensive for standout businesses

  • Applications reviewed on a rolling basis before each cohort start

Still Deciding?

Both are the real thing.
Here's how families usually choose.

Duo Coaching tends to fit if…

You have one specific decision or sticking point right now, your schedule doesn't allow for a weekly commitment this season, or you want to try working with Kinley before committing to more.

The Cohort tends to fit if…

Your child is ready to build with real structure and deadlines, your family does better with a community around you, or you already know this is a full-arc commitment, not a single question.

These Aren't Mutually Exclusive

Plenty of families start with a single family Coaching session, then join a Cohort once they're ready for the full arc. Others go through the Cohort first, then book family sessions for extra 1:1 support on a specific decision.

There's no wrong order! Book what fits today, and add the other whenever your family needs it.

A Note From Kinley

  • I built two doors into this work on purpose, because every family arrives at a different moment. Some need one hard conversation, held well. Others need twelve weeks and a room full of people doing it alongside them. Neither is the "real" version — they're both the real version. Come in through whichever door is open right now.
